Insights Discovery is a personality profiling tool based on the extensive research of psychologists Carl Jung and Jolande Jacobi. It uses a simple 4 colour model to understand an individual’s unique behavioural preferences. These preferences are measured by using a short online questionnaire and one of the outputs is a personality profile.

As an accredited Insights Discovery Practitioner, I have significant experience of facilitating Insights Discovery workshops which lead to increased team effectiveness. Participants feed back that these workshops are hugely energising and lead to a better understanding of their team’s current strengths and weaknesses and how to improve communication with each other.

I also use Insights Discovery with individual clients who find the personality profile an incredibly useful framework for understanding themselves better. This can be really helpful when thinking about career transition and the type of role and environment that will suit.
